Terms ofservice.

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and PoseCuratorAI (“we”, “us”, “the app”) and govern your access to and use of the mobile application and all related services.

By installing, opening, or otherwise using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.

PoseCuratorAI is a mobile application that, given a single reference photograph and a chosen shoot type, streams a curated set of AI-generated pose suggestions intended as creative reference material for portrait photographers.

Pose suggestions are generated by third-party AI models. They are starting points for your own work, not finished products, and they are provided on an as-is basis.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and in any case no younger than thirteen) to use the service. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the right and authority to enter into these terms.

Access to the generation features requires a signed-in account. You are responsible for keeping your authentication credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Premium features are tied to the account you used to purchase them — your entitlement follows that account across devices when you sign in. We do not support transferring an active subscription between accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these terms or applicable law.

You retain all rights to the reference photographs you upload or capture in the app. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use each photo you submit, and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.

By submitting a reference photo, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process that photo for the sole purpose of generating pose suggestions for you within the app. The licence ends as soon as the request completes.

The generated pose images returned to you are produced by a probabilistic model. They may contain inaccuracies, distortions, anatomical implausibilities, or culturally insensitive depictions. Treat every output as a draft to be evaluated, not a final asset.

As between you and us, you may use generated images for your own personal or professional creative reference and for the production of derivative photographic work. Generated images are provided without warranty of originality, fitness for any particular purpose, or freedom from third-party claims.

You are responsible for ensuring that any use you make of generated images complies with applicable law, model releases, and the policies of any platform on which you publish them.

Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions, sold through the Google Play Store. The current price and billing period are displayed inside the app before you confirm a purchase.

Unless you cancel at least twenty-four hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate, and your payment method on file with Google will be charged. You can cancel at any time from your Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect, in accordance with Google Play policy.

Refund requests are handled by Google Play under their refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. We will assist where we are able but cannot override Google's decision on a refund.

If you uninstall the app or sign out, an active subscription continues to bill until you cancel it through Google Play.

You agree not to use the service to do, or attempt to do, any of the following:

The PoseCuratorAI name, logo, app icon, design system, written copy, and underlying software are owned by us or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership in those assets to you. You may not use our brand without our prior written permission.

The app integrates with third-party services — including authentication providers, AI model providers, and the platform store that distributed the app to your device. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, in addition to ours.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that generated content will meet your expectations, that the service will be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected on any particular timeline.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty United States dollars.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your reference photos, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, if continuing to provide the service would create legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and the governing-law clause — will survive.

We may update these terms when the service, the law, or our practices change. The “Last revised” date at the top of this page will move when that happens. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
